User License Agreement for Apollon Engine

1. License Types

This User License Agreement ("Agreement") defines the following license types for the products and services provided by Apollon Engine ("Licensor", "Apollon Engine", "we"):

1.1. Apollon Engine License:

In this license type, Apollon Engine retains full ownership of the product. All rights and copyrights of the product belong to the company. The Licensee will have the right to use the product but the ownership of the product will be protected by Apollon Engine.

1.2. Producer License:

In this license type, the ownership and copyright of the music created by the producer belong to the producer. The producer has the right to use the music as they wish. Apollon Engine bears the responsibility of not violating the rights of the producer and can only use the music in the manner determined by the producer.

2. License Usage

The Licensee has the right to use the product according to the specified license type. These usage rights are subject to the terms and restrictions of the Agreement. The Licensee is obligated to comply with the requirements of the respective license and use the product without violating the rights of the other party.

3. Copyright and Responsibilities

3.1. Apollon Engine License:

The Licensee can use the products provided under the Apollon Engine License only within certain usage terms. Since the ownership and copyright of the product belong to Apollon Engine, the Licensee cannot modify, copy, distribute, or sell the product.

3.2. Producer License:

The Licensee can use the music provided under the Producer License in the manner determined by the producer. The producer can modify, distribute, and use the music for commercial purposes as they see fit. Apollon Engine bears the responsibility of protecting the copyright of the producer and uses the music only in the manner permitted by the producer.

4. Indemnification

The Licensee hereby waives any claims for indemnification against Apollon Engine regarding the use of the product and agrees not to be liable for any claims for indemnification.

5. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing notice to the other party.

6. Applicable Laws

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and shall be interpreted and resolved by the courts of Turkey.

This Agreement is prepared to regulate the licensing process of the products and music between the Licensee and Apollon Engine. The parties proceed with the licensing process by accepting the terms of this Agreement.
